Crew360

Crew360 is an offline-first React application designed specifically for seafarers who spend extended periods at sea with limited or intermittent internet connectivity. The platform serves two distinct user roles: seafarers who need mental health support, and licensed therapists who provide counseling services remotely.

Seafarers can log their emotional state using a mood tracker with emoji-based check-ins, numerical ratings, and free-form notes. They can book counseling appointments with licensed therapists across multiple session types (individual therapy, group sessions, crisis support) with video, audio, or chat communication preferences. A prominent SOS button sends emergency alerts to all saved contacts and Crew360 administrators with a single tap.

The platform includes a comprehensive reference browser for the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), giving seafarers access to their legal rights across accommodation, health, employment conditions, and compliance categories. The offline-first architecture ensures all core features work without connectivity, with automatic background synchronization when a connection is restored. KYC verification and contract management round out the platform.
